I felt very lucky to visit some fantastic schools this year to share ‘Holly and the Little Lost Octopus’. As ever the children loved meeting some of the characters from the book.
They enjoyed listening to the story and seeing how the farm dogs helped Wiggles the octopus get back home. They found out how farmers are helping the seasons and learnt how they could help too by learning to reduce, reuse and recycle. It was a nice gentle introduction to climate change for them.
The children had some wonderful ideas of their own and were an inspiration as always.
